about

GlassJoe uses trisected vantage points in order to elaborate on the modern man’s recognition of his inescapable role as whipping boy and heavy bag for the industrious and corporate elite. It is meant to be expressed as a grimace on the face of the working class hero as he is repeatedly gut punched by an all too eager alarm clock, imbalanced work load and fruitless labors. Conjured from the exasperated and fatigued spirit of the proletariat; this three pronged scape goat’s anthem embraces the cascading sands of time as a torrential golden shower over the plebeian collective. Non-consoling in demeanor, it is envisioned as a deja vu styled Groundhog’s day forecasting a perennial discontented winter
and ever-repeating disappointment; a definitive recognition and passive acceptance of paradise lost.

lyrics

GreggMiller:

It's the Death of Willie Loman/ Papal Roman / Cloning Reverb.Stigmata Bleeding /Cross breeding shit that's disturbed.

I'm disturbed with words / My nerves on edge/
Lane Staley with the needle-noose/ dope through the head--

Of this schism Algorithm/ That's laced in Escapism/Zapruder film religion/ Questioning how we living.

Driven by Allende coups/
And truths I spit.
Witchdoctor /
Rocking neckbones as amulates.

Admist this Warhol factory /
Babylon mastery /
Ski mask/Blast fast /
Surveillance State after me.

Meta data statis /
Pop locking my divinity
Irish hunger striker /Car bombing your vincinities.

Slain in the spirit /Of that bottom self pay dirt/Make'em scream...Amen!/Like Craig Mack in a snake church--

Face first with Richard Alport doses of infinity/Death to the ego / May it grant my serenity.

Tabinstereo:

Ever since leaving womb
I been weaving loom
Not leaving room
For the evening news
easily amused
Hit snooze
-Where u are what u do
Switching views
Duno which is you
coincidence ensues
-still enlightened
Yet the psilocybin vilifies
What u and I consider life is
What do u consider priceless
got my pilots license
Pedal down in time of crisis
-Pied piper in eye sight
Of a noble climate
-I'm good if no one finds it
Oh look at this perfect timing
How good is your surface shining
A serpent in perfect lighting
Just another person trying
To hurt what they've been denying
I'm cursing in cursive writing
Now Look at these nervous findings
Break your designing
And see what's lurking in
And still deciding
Still surviving
-We more divided
It's not surprising
We bottled lightning
It's kinda frightening
And non-inviting
I'm here to fight em
I'm glass joe and I'm killing Tyson

Taboo:

Return from paradise lost distortion in the air, despair in my thoughts life's a crap shoot a pair of dice tossed I don't know it that facts true or if this trail's the right course

It’s Back to the hum drum crap in a lump sum this alarm clock feels like I’m being Zapped by a stun gun
cast of the unsung
everyday it seems we're going back to the traps we run from that's the conundrum

Nothing exceptional huffing industrial chemicals on my way to becoming dependable
I'm about to say something regrettable cause everytime I punch in it feels like being punched in the genitals

Can't change my position just a slave to the system making crazy decisions to not break the tradition this shit is stranger than fiction
working with one foot in the grave and then we call it making a living
